Ms. Christine Bonello was employed by the Birgu Local Council on 15th March 2006. She is 24 years old and lives in Msida. Ms. Bonello is the executive, administrative and financial head of the Council. As the Executive Secretary, her job is to ensure that all Council decisions are implemented in the most efficient manner with a properly maintained administrative network while ensuring proper financial control throughout the year. |  |

Ms. Fiorella Scicluna has been employed with the Birgu Local Council since August of 2005. Ms. Scicluna is 22 years old and lives in Haz Zabbar. Ms. Fiorella Scicluna is the senior clerk at the administrative office and is responsible for the day to day general clerical duties. Ms. Josette Ciantar, was assigned by I.P.S.L Ltd to work with the Birgu Local Council as a Librarian. Ms. Ciantar takes care of the regional library of Vittoriosa. The Regional Library situated at Auberge D'Angleterre in Triq il-Majjistral is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am till 12:00pm and from 13:00pm till 17:00pm |  |
