The Birgu Local Council, in collaboration with TCTC and sponsored by Victory Square Cafe, will be offering computer courses for adults, parents and housewives for free.
This 12 hour course is being offered to all those residents of Vittoriosa who wish to start learning the use of computers from scratch.
Applications should be received at the Local Council's administrative offices by not later than 14th November, 2008.
